hi! we’re erin and mat. we live in new york, have a dog (zuni), and spend all our money on rent and travel. we first connected over our mutual love of pop punk, dogs, and nomadic lifestyles. mat is a former business guy turned freelance photographer, erin is a former massage therapist/waitress/trainer/administrative assistant turned nurse. we strive to visit as many places that neither one of us have been before so it’s a new experience for us both, but sometimes we repeat locations for love/family (mat’s family is from peru, erin’s family is from australia). mat is a carnivore, erin is a vegetarian so that will come up a lot in travel posts. unless otherwise indicated, all photos are by mat, all writing by erin. we hope you find this blog to be visually appealing, informative, and maybe even funny sometimes. thanks for reading!
